Our Team

Alli Sykes is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who has worked in the complex disability sector for the past 20 years. Alli provides high quality and evidenced based services for people living in and around Dubbo, NSW. 

Alli has a passion for working with people with disabilities. It started at age 15 when she took a job caring for a school teacher's son who had an intellectual disability. In time, this early experience led Alli to university, where she studied Health Science (Occupational Therapy). 

Since graduating Alli has worked in a variety of settings and locations across Australia. While Dubbo is now home Alli has worked across much of Central and North-Western NSW. Alli also has experience working in the Barkly Tablelands, Northern Territory. Before founding A to B Development Alli gained 20 years of valuable experience working for Ageing, Disability and Home Care NSW, Northern Territory Health, NSW Health and for specialist NDIS not for profits. 

In 2022, 20 years after starting university Alli  undertook another significant challenge. With the goal of providing practical supports to people and organisations, Alli founded A to B Development. 

Alli works with other organisations and clinicians from other disciplines to ensure you are reaching your goals.
